Yes. Every product ships with a COA from an independent third-party laboratory confirming identity, purity, and sterility where applicable.
Orders ship as lyophilized powder in a sealed vial, packed with desiccant inside a plain unbranded mailer. Standard delivery is two to four business days across Canada, longer to the territories.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, including on unopened vials. Once a vial leaves us we cannot establish how it was stored or handled, so it never goes back into inventory. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us within 72 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
